When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser/OS, data volume) is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting is provided by Hostinger under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, optional phone, subject, message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. Sending is performed server-side via an encrypted SMTP connection to our mailbox. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once no longer required and no retention obligations apply.

We only use technically necessary mechanisms: a language preference and a sessionStorage value that controls the varied presentation of the homepage animation. No analytics or marketing tracking takes place.

Video content is loaded only after an active click, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Only then is data transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. Thumbnails are loaded from YouTube servers. Google’s privacy policy applies.

If the chat assistant is enabled, your inputs are processed server-side and forwarded to an AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate answers. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat. To prevent abuse we briefly store technical usage counters (e.g. IP-based).
